Phil Bradley

Phil Bradley stepped into the role of Youth & Young Adults Director in April 2023.  This part-time role is a compliment to his ongoing studies. Phil is currently working on his Degree in Humanities at Prairie College, out of Three Hills, AB.

Phil often brags about being a Vineyard YOUth. Phil has many years of experience working at Bible Camps at a staffing and programing director level.

He is full of energy and enthusiasm! He desires to see Youth and Young Adults grow in their relationships with Jesus and for seeing their knowledge of Christ expand.

When not in the office, Phil can be found hiking mountains in BC or enjoying all things about the great outdoors.

Melissa Kuse

Melissa Kuse has been leading at YOUth since spring of 2016. Growing up in various places throughout BC and Alberta. She has been attending the Vineyard church for 20 years and she knows the distinct challenges girls face in this unique town. Melissa worked at McDonald’s and was Greg’s boss back in 2003. Now an elementary school teacher, she has a passion for kids and for the great plans God has for each child of His.

Steve Reems

Steve has jumped into youth ministry with both feet since 2017. Working hard his whole life to provide for his future and family, Steve had a radical encounter with Jesus in April 2016. His own efforts, accomplishments and savings did not give him the happiness and comfort he craved. God got his attention and refocused his life in a powerful way. Steve desires every student to realize Gods plan is the best plan and to pursue Him wholeheartedly.
Steve is married to his lovely wife Chantel and have two young kids, Liam and Holly
